When OKZ HOLDING was established, the major projects required reflected the fact that the Czech State needed to increase its storage capacity for crude oil and crude oil products. OKZ HOLDING played its part in the renovation and enlargement of storages facilities and provided general supplies of parts for large capacity storage, for the State Material Reserves Authority CR.

So far OKZ HOLDING has constructed storage capacities having a total volume of almost 2 million cubic metres; this ranging from the smallest storage tanks with a volume of several dozens of cubic metres up to the largest crude oil storage tank in Central Europe with a volume of 125,000 m3, which is located in the Crude Oil Tank Farm in the town of Nelahozeves, Czech Republic.

Since 2003, OKZ HOLDING has extended its activities to other international markets and it operates on a permanent basis in seven European countries.
