Anticorrosion protection of the products is an indispensable element of turnkey deliveries.

This task begins in the production plants, where, after passing a preliminary inspection, all rod and flat material surfaces are blasted with an abrasive.

Material surfaces must be cleaned to remove all scales, rust and dirt and therefore the cleaning is performed on efficient continuous blasting lines.

To ensure the correct adhesiveness required by the majority of painting systems specifically roughened surfaces are prepared. Thus, once the mechanical processing and welding are completed, the finished products are blasted in a blasting box.

Then the primer coat is applied. Once thus treated, products are packed and dispatched to the assembly site.

There, when assembly and welding works are finished, additional paint treatment is carried out and the final coats of paint are applied.

The quality of the final work is ensured by training the surface treatment personnel, but also by using CLEMCO, AIRBLAST, GRACO, LARIUS and WAGNER high quality branded application equipment.

Unfavorable weather conditions are compensated for, by using highly-efficient MUNKEBO dryers and air heaters.

Climbing equipment is used for painting work at heights.

In view of the constantly growing requirements concerning the quality and durability of paintwork, the coating materials used are exclusively from the approved suppliers – PPG, HEMPEL, JOTUN, SIGMA or TIKKURILA.

Close cooperation with representatives and engineers of these producers as well as regular inspection of application work guarantee the long-term durability of the anticorrosive protection of the products supplied.
