Human resources are OKZ’s principal means to achieve optimal quality. Important attributes for success in tenders include long-term experience and high qualifications of OKZ’s personnel, together with the mastery of the most advanced technological methods and working practices.

The multicultural and multilingual structure of OKZ further contributes to the firm’s sustainable competitive advantage and enables successful penetration into new markets. Our diverse HR structure across all managerial levels demonstrates the international scope of the firm. Excellent language skills of our staff are a basic prerequisite. It is not an exception if an OKZ employee can speak up to five languages. Foreign missions help us widen our horizons
and enrich our managerial practices.

OKZ’s production brings together staff from a number of EU countries but also from states which are going to join the union soon. Our strength includes highly mobile and flexible staff, which is an invaluable competitive advantage considering OKZ’s participation in long-term international projects.

Currently, the company employs nearly 1,300 people in 8 European countries and Russian Federation.
